Prince's 21st Birthday

Prince birthday was last week, on the 12th of July to be precise. We, the housemates and 2 additional guests (Hua and Eric) had a small and simple celebration for him. Due to my busy schedule, I only managed to edit and upload the video we took now.

This was Prince's birthday present from Guat Shan and I. Not an expensive branded shirt or a hand-sewn shirt from us, but we got this for him because it's so significant to him, at least in our point of view when we saw this piece of shirt :)

Lamp Post Can Be Of Good Use Too

You know, people always say, "Don't be lamp post la..." but hey, I found out yesterday that a lamp post can be beneficial too.. especially when it comes to photo-taking! What lamp post I'm talking about, not the human lamp post but a real lamp post. Lol.

Introducing the star of the whole event, Mr. Lamp Post!


So, last night, we (a total of 18 of us) went to MP to celebrate Kyan's and Tiffany's birthday. Everything was great- we had fun, we had our stomachs filled, our camera batteries exhausted and also the waiters sweat-dropping. Lol. Towards the end of the celebration, everyone went home except for us.

Initially we just wanted to snap a decent piece of group photo in this place with nice lighting.


Then, ok la.. since there shadows were so nice, let's snap our shadows.


BUT!! Before we knew it, we started snapping more and more photos all thanks to the contribution of Mr. Lamp Post. Look! We started forming giant human eyes...


This was what they were actually doing. Swt.


Then, the birthday boy suggested to have this name written from 'body language'.


After that, out love birds couldn't help but illuminating all of us with their love >w<


But, someone else stole the spotlight after that. Kyan wanted to be cool.


He was crazy for power!


He wanted more! The Super Sayang!


Some wanted to be tall...


Some wanted to look emo, some wanted to use the light effect to show off their six-pack (but failed. LOL!!!)..


Some were perverted enough to take advantage of the light to see though the shirt >D


Others thought they looked cool under such lighting.


Phew~! It was tiring, really. We spent almost an hour with Mr. Lamp Post. I was so sweaty ><


Just when we were about to snap our final pic, someone shut Mr. Lamp Post off. Great.

On A Random Week

What have I done in a week? Let us have a look...


Went all the way to Medan Gopeng with Guat Shan and Diditoh to have lunch- McDonalds! When? During my 2 hours break between classes. Lol.


Kenji, Khai Chiah and Wei Chyi visited. Khai Chiah bought us Big Apple donnuts! Yummy~

My mom, kayah and sis gave me a really surprise visit while on their way to Thailand.


'Baked' 2 cheese cakes after my Properties of Matter test. The satisfaction is just so high. After that, I received an email saying there'll be a Pengajian Malaysia quiz the following week, a day after my lab test. Damn!

Cried my eyes out. Why? I cooked curry and curry needs lots of onions.

Celebrated Sian Siu's birthday with lots of sushi and 6 hours of singing. Lol. Happy Birthday Sian Siu! :D


My hair turned purple.


Who knows what's next? Lol.

We all know it was Valentine's Day yesterday. So, I went on a date with Diditoh.

It was Valentine's Day yesteday but for some of us, the term Single Awareness Day suits us better. I'll take the latter, thank you.

When we were on our back from class yesterday morning, the radio DJ was commenting and discussing about the Valentine's party they'll be having later that night. Then out of random, Guat Shan just say, "I feel like going Ipoh". That was how we all ended up in Ipoh.

Five of us went- Guat Shan, Sito, Leon, Diditoh and I but only 4 of us really went out together. As usual, we went for a movie in Jusco, then bowl at Parade and met up with Malcolm and his girlfriend there. But of course, we wouldn't want to be lamp posts to the couple so they left earlier.

After that, we went for late dinner (about 10 plus) at 'Tong Sui' Street. I've been to Ipoh a couple of times and the only local food we tried was the 'nga choi kai'. So, honestly, I was quite delighted when Diditoh brought us to this place with a long stretch local hawker stalls.

I had 'bak kut teh'! Well, it was okay. Better than Kampar but of course, Klang's is better. Lol. I miss bak kut teh :(

After dinner, we went to this place with a nice environment to, well, just talk and listen to the music. You know, like how Guat Shan and I go Ghany every night to just talk but this time, with music XD

Single. Single. Single. 'Single'.

We arrived home late but that was how the singles (and one more 'partially single') spend their S.A.D.

Guat Shan and I received this bouquet of 7 Ferrero Roches from Kenji earlier this afternoon. Thanks a lot Kenji! And thanks to Wei Chyi for delivering ^^

It was my dad's birthday yesterday so my whole family came over to Kampar. Then last night, we went to a restaurant in Ipoh, Kok Thai Restaurant to celebrate.

Happy Birthday, daddy!

The main event was having whiskey, also known as alcohol. My family brought along 2 bottles of wine and a bottle of Bacardi Apple.

45% of alcohol.

During the dinner, the young, but not under age students had 2 glasses of Bacardi mixed with Sprite and the effects, well...

Hold on! Those weren't Sprite. They were Bacardi Apple + Sprite.

Then half way back to Kampar, we suddenly remembered that we left our house keys in the car my second brother drove (he was heading to somewhere with his friend). So we stopped and waited at the highway for my brother to come. At that time..

I was in a different car from Guat Shan but I was told that she went high and spoke nonsense and sang some song in the car.

Guat Shan : Lalalala~~ Yesterday~~~

Though the drinking part was not-that-good (as in the taste. I had to swallow the drink quickly so that it won't stimulate my taste buds. Lol.), the after effect (seeing how people act when they're drunk and teling each other, "You're drunk!") was fun :D

Was a waste Ah Wei wasn't there with us. I can imagine her face though. A baboon's butt! XD But I don't know, Shiau Ping says Ah Wei could drink.

We should do this more often. LOL!

GBSK is 20!

She is officially old yesterday. Yes, old age starts when your age no longer starts with 1- but 2-.

Sito wasn't in the picture because she was taking picture with her SLR and BK wanted a picture of himself with Guat Shan. Also, my special thanks to BK for pakat-ing with us or else it wouldn't be a surprise for Ms. old lady GBSK.

Happy Birthday Bloggie

It started a year and a few days ago when Guat Shan, Ah Wei and Sito urged me to create a blog. Guat Shan said that I have a lot to talk (or I prefer the word 'share' XD) so I should start one. Ah Wei said it would be interesting and Sito had recently (at that time) started a blog.

Before I started blogging, I was actually hesitating. Reasons are:

~ I'm afraid I might just be 'hangat hangat tahi ayam'
~ I'm afraid I wouldn't have the time (konon nya la~~)
~ I'm afraid my life wouldn't be that interesting to share

But I created one anyway.

And look, my little blog celebrated his (yes, I want my blog to be a 'he') first birthday this year. And through this blog, I made a couple of new friends. The most obvious one, guess who?
